  Well, I know one of the cats who left a one-star review on Yelp about this restaurant, and after talking with him about his reasons for leaving such a bad review, we agreed that the food at Los Alazanes is excellent, but they need to do something about their drive-thru speaker. Because the speaker is bad, and you can't hear them and they can't hear you, so both customer and server are shouting at each other, and it makes the customer feel like the person taking their order is being rude. But I don't think they are being rude: It's just that they can't hear the orders.
  
  I think a lot of the bad reviews about this place are about just that: their speaker in their drive-thru is terrible and needs to be replaced, or they need to move it to an area where it isn't competing with the traffic that's roaring by on Main Street.
  
  And to address the reviews saying that they get orders wrong all the time: I don't know anything about that. My order was correct.
  
  Anyway: I got a bean, rice and cheese burrito, and it was amazing. It had little pockets of cheddar cheese in it, like a good Southern California BRC burrito should. The tortilla was thin and the beans were house-made. They give you both green and red salsa on the side in a little cup, and I enjoyed the green sauce the most because it's mild. The red one is really hot! It's tasty, but I couldn't eat it because I'm a wimp.
  
  They have a huge menu, and I saw lots of things on it, like menudo, enchiladas, nachos, tostadas, sopes, aguas frescas, and even Mexican desserts like flan and arroz con leche (rice pudding).
  
  The takeaway is this: If you want really great Mexican food in Hesperia, this is your place. Just know that if you go through the drive-thru, you're going to have to shout and repeat your order because their speaker sucks and it's facing a busy street.

  I guess the third time is the charm. 1st time they mess up our order, didn't give us our full order and rude customer service. Second time same thing but we were hungry and their food was good the first time and even though they didn't give us everything we decided to give it another shot. Then we gave this place a break for a few months. We thought maybe they just hired a bad worker. Came back like 6 months later today and the same thing happened. The last on the mic can barely understand anything you say. We just wanted 2 bean and cheese burritos. And she couldn't understand. I heard the car in front of us as well having a hard time getting their order through. This isn't the first time this has happened and yet the lady acts like this is the first time this has happened. If my wife didn't have a craving for Mexican food tonight we wouldn't have came. I will definitely not be coming back. The people act like each customer is an inconvenience. I can't believe this is the third time we came back but the food is pretty good. This will be the last time. Even if we have to eat sub par food. It's not worth the way you get treated here.

  This place is trash. They get the order wrong every time, I tell them before they make it and hear the cook yell out "pendejo" to us because the cashier can't get an order right to save her life. Count your fuckin days Los A's.

  I am very disappointed!  We live close so its convenient, but the quality of food has gone down the toilet. We've had carne asada taco plate, shredded beef taco plate, carne asada fries, carne asada burritos, & rolled tacos. The shredded beef has been rancid most every time, tastes like they pulled it from the trash, the shells are hard as a brick, the beans have had rocks in it bit down and almost broke my tooth not once, but twice! They dont get the order right, customer service is terrible, the ladies are rude and dont speak english very well!! They dont tell you theres a .75 charge for using your debit card on top of an already pricey menu for poor quality, the younger gal screwed up our order and only charged us for 1 meal when we specifically said 2 of them so without asking me ran my card 2 transactions at 75 cents each, gave me so much attitude shut the window on me and talked bad about me to the cooks!! My husband is bilingual, shame on you! I have given this place chance after chance hoping it would get better, it's very poor quality. They just dont care. The sad thing is, they use to have the best carne asada. Enough is enough I'm done, never going back! They lost my family as customers! Close them down and bring in Los Albertos! I will be contacting the health dept. And the BBB!
